Providers on My Moving Labor platform are experienced movers. They have passed the My Moving Labor university training. They specialize in moving labor (without a truck) and full service moves (with a truck).

Great question, our job is to be responsive. We will work with you and the provider to get everything resolved first. Each provider is required to provider basic insurance or reimbursement to cover damages to your items or household. If we're unable to come to common grounds then you will go through our claims process. It normally takes 7-21 business day.
Once you go through the process of booking, you will submit a deposit to secure you date and time of move. Once the move is complete you will pay the remaining balance to the service provider. You can pay with zelle, venmo, cash or card to the provider.
Each provider on our marketplace are required to carry a complimenry cover of .60 per pound per article. If something happens in the event of your move, your items are covered.
