The site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the site.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Provided that you are eligible to use the site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to whish you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to your to the site, the content and the marks.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the site (or any portion thereof)
Provider agrees that My Moving Labor will be taking 15% of providers rate.
Section 1. Use.
Use of MYMOVINGLABOR.COM is provided solely for current and potential customers and may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied or sold by any other person or entity, or for any other purpose.
Section 2. Ownership.
The content of MYMOVINGLABOR.COM is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other laws.
Section 3. Indemnity.
You hereby release, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MY MOVING LABOR, its parent, and affiliated companies, along with their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use or viewing of MYMOVINGLABOR.COM and its Content.
Section 4. Disputes and release/waiver of liability:
Because we are a neutral venue, we are not responsible for resolving any disputes between you and the service provider regarding the services. All disputes must be resolved between you and the service provider.
Furthermore, the transaction and any resulting provision of services are solely between you and the service provider. Therefore, when and where there are any claims, demands, liabilities, damages or losses incurred as a result of such transaction and/or provision of services, you, your heirs, successors and assigns, do hereby waive and release My Moving Labor (our officers, directors, agents, parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and employees) from any such claims, demands, liabilities, damages or losses. Claim must be made 48 to 72 hours after move is complete. SECTION 1-4 is strictly for MyMovingLabor.com (nationwide company)
There is a minimum labor time fee for the move as well as a travel time as listed above. The hours listed above are an estimate for your move.
You will be charged for the actual time of your move after the minimum time frame. The time starts when the crew gets to your home.
You will initial the starting time on the contract. The labor time ends when the customer signs off on the end time.
The travel time charge is a flat rate for driving to the pick up address and then back to our office when the job is complete.
The hourly rate includes:
* Gas, mileage.
* Moving pads.
* Basic valuation coverage of $.60 per pound per article at no charge.
* The listed number of men and trucks above.
My Moving Labor - Services 17-26 ft truck.
The hourly rate does include any packing supplies or any round trip highway or bridge tolls, which will be charged to you as used.
The total price of your move is not the price that you see in the total estimate quote: this is only our minimum hourly charge. Larger items and boxes over 25 lbs are subject to extra charges.
TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
Payment is card/ (debit card or credit card) processing fee will apply to each credit card transaction. Claim must be made 48 to 72 hours after move is complete.
On all long carries additional cost will be assessed in distances per foot upon walk off from truck to residents doorway 75ft or more will accrue an additional hour on load or unload time. On Flat-rate and hourly accounts this rate will not exceed $175.00 and no less than $50.00. This will be walked off in the beginning of the load or unload and will be signed off on, before move commences.
Unpaid balance may not include all legal fees or cost due. Per these Terms and Conditions regarding any none payment, any and all penalties, interest, and fees incurred in the collection of this debt will be charged back to the clients account/invoice (including attorney fees). Additionally, MyMovingLabor may take any and all other action as defined in the governing documents.
-MyMovingLabor holds the right to collect any and all collateral from client if full payment is not made within 30 days of job date.
-MyMovingLabor holds the right to keep goods in storage with fees incurring if payment is not made upon delivery.
-MyMovingLabor holds the right to charge late fee's on invoices that are not paid in a timely manner (5-7days)
My Moving Labor - Services must receive in writing a notice to cancel services at least 24hrs business days PRIOR to the move date. My Moving Labor must confirm notice of cancellation by either phone or email. If cancellation occurs within the 24 business days, you will be subject to a cancellation fee.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF FOLLOWING TERMS:
All plans cover items and property damage. Any pre-existing damage will be noted on the contract the day of the move and will not be covered.
Any household goods that is not in stable shape will be noted on the contract and will not be covered.
Any household goods that are made of particle board will be noted on the contract and will not be covered
Any household goods that are not properly packed will be noted on the contract and will not be covered.
Any glass, mirrors, marble tops must be boxed or crated or will be noted on the contract and will not be covered.
Any electrical or mechanic items will not be covered unless clear mishandling by our staff.
Any items subject to weather change or rain or snow, and clearly damaged because of the fact will only be covered inside the truck.
Any items that are too large to make a turn or go up/down stairs properly will be noted on the contract and will not be covered.
Loss or damage to important documents, money, currency, jewelry of any kind, plants, or live animals will not be covered at any time by our company. Client will need to keep these items locked up away from our staff so they will not be in question.

-Current value of item with deprecation factored in.
-The cost of restoring the item back to its beginning integrity.
-The cost of replacing the item with the same item that was damaged.

-Repairs to property that are needed will be submitted to MyMovingLabor.
-The client has to get 2 different quotes for repairs to the damage to property or MyMovingLabor will contract out the repairs to be completed.
